Franz Sandner is a German instrument maker founded in Schönbach in 1924. Since 2002 the company has run its own factory rather than outsourcing production, keeping timber sourcing and every stage of manufacture under its own control — which is how German design standards reach the finished instrument.

The Franz Sandner FS-5 is an upright piano with a warm, singing tone and a gentle touch, fitted with a slow-close keyboard lid that protects both the instrument and the player’s hands.

This instrument is finished in mahogany and is supplied with a matching piano bench.
